Add 100ml of stock, beef, ginger, garlic onions and two seasoning cubes to sauce pan and bring to boil. stir and mix for 1 minute and then add 300ml of water and stock mix bring to boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes
In another sauce pan, melt and heat up 2 tablespoons of palm oil and sauté the mushrooms for five minutes and remove from oil
In another sauce pan Add the chopped okra and rest of onions in oil and sauté for 3 mins until elasticity comes through
Then Add the beef and 200ml of the beef stock to the okra mix
Add meat, mushroom, peppers, crayfish and spinach and mix and cook for 3 mins to blend
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with cauliflower or cabbage fufu
