- 2 Ripe Avocadoes
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 habanero chilli (deseeded to reduce spice factor)
- 1 Diced tomato
- 2 tbsp Fresh lime or lemon juice
- pinch of salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Sour cream (optional)
- pinch of garlic powder
In a Blender
Prepare all ingredients
Place the avocados, onions, habanero chili (optional), garlic, tomato, and lime juice in a blender and pulse till blended to desired consistency
Add sour cream (optional), season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Serve or store covered in refrigerator for up to 2 days
