Smashed Avocado On Sourdough Bread Toast
This breakfast is full of fiber and good fats which will keep you full until lunchtime
Ingredients
- 2 Slices whole grain sourdough bread
- 1 Medium Ripe avocado, stoned peeled and roughly chopped Approx 75g grams
- 1 Red chilli Deseeded and sliced
- 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread and divide into two plates
- Place the avocado in a small bowl and mash with a fork
- Spread on the hot toast, top with sliced pepper or red chilli, sprinkle with salt and pepper drizzle with vinegar.
