Smashed Avocado On Sourdough Bread Toast

This breakfast is full of fiber and good fats which will keep you full until lunchtime

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices whole grain sourdough bread
  • 1 Medium Ripe avocado, stoned peeled and roughly chopped Approx 75g grams
  • 1 Red chilli Deseeded and sliced
  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread and divide into two plates
  • Place the avocado in a small bowl and mash with a fork
  • Spread on the hot toast, top with sliced pepper or red chilli, sprinkle with salt and pepper drizzle with vinegar.
