This simple snack brings back memories of sitting in my grandma’s kitchen or our fireside kitchen at home with aunties and cousins chatting whilst waiting for the corn to be roasted for us to have with boiled groundnuts. The crunchy texture and sweet taste of the corn (if you are lucky as could be hit and miss) and groundnut is simply addictive!! I was excited to find both in Doha and it is our go to snack served with a glass of red wine on weekends. It is low GI and Low carb and you can eat a couple guilt free!!
