Motherland Chilli / Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g Red habanero chilis (scotch bonnet) ( handle with gloves and do not touch with bare hands)
- 100 g Red onions (use more to reduce heat factor of chilli)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Seasoning cube
- 30 g Sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wearing gloves simply remove the hard stem remnants on each pepper ( do not chop or slice) and add to blender
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth
- Transfer to a deep microwaveable bowl and cover
- Stirring halfway through, microwave for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully reduced and oil visibly floating on top of paste
- Store in the refrigerator for one month
