Fusion Guacamole

The benefits of this yummy dip are endless and include the fact that it is loaded with folate and Vitamin E, both of which reduce your risk of heart disease considerably.
It is also versatile and could either be eaten with healthier sides eg cherry, tomatoes, celery or carrot sticks or fusion home made tortilla chips…exclude the cream for a more authentic African taste and less calories
