Ingredients
- 1 Large Large head of cauliflower approx 900 grams
- Salt optional
Instructions
- Cut the hard core and stalks from the cauliflower and pulse the rest in a food processor to make grains the size of rice
- Squeeze out the excess water with the help of a large paper towel
- Fry the processed and water free cauliflower in a frying pan for about 5 minutes then add salt to taste
Notes
Cauliflower rice is very versatile.
Serve as a side dish for curries, use for Fufu, substitute as the base for grain bowls, sushi bowls, or the rice in burritos.
